I am a qualified counsellor and an accredited registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPSM acc.) and a registered accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP acc). I am a qualified supervisor. I offer counselling and relationship therapy to adults, children and young people, and couples and accept each person as unique and tailor the approach to meet your needs.
We will work at your pace to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours with empathy and non-judgement in a safe space. Building a trusting relationship provides the opportunity to reflect on your current situation, what has shaped this and to consider from differing perspectives.
My training has included Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt as part of an integrative practice. A humanistic approach is rooted in all aspects of my work, grounded in empathy and non-judgement based on Carl Rogers person-centred practice.
Privately I see adults, young people and children online and face-to-face in Kent and online in London and elsewhere. I use Teams, and by request WhatsApp encryption, and have undertaken additional certificated training to meet BACP standards, to work safely online and over the phone. I offer tailored courses for individuals going through court proceedings.
